Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Solution Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions for our insurance client’s Claims Assist platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, especially in Java/Spring Boot, and a strong background in architecting solutions using Generative AI technologies.
This role requires a combination of hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
Required Experience:
- 15 years of total software engineering experience
- 8–9 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, specifically with Generative AI solutions
- Strong coding experience in Java with Spring Boot framework
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and solid software engineering principles
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Gen AI-based architecture for claims processing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Lead development lifecycle from initial implementation through production release
- Identify and resolve architectural and implementation issues
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of solutions
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Java / Spring Boot (Hibernate, Spring Cloud, Annotations, Dependency Injection)
- RESTful API design and integration
- Collections Framework, Asynchronous Communication Frameworks
- Design Patterns and Data Structures
- Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
- DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Lint tools
- Agile methodology with focus on compliance and release cycles
- Debugging, error handling, and writing clean, maintainable code with proper testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts
