Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP RGM (Retail & Revenue Growth Management) Forecasting Specialist with 10 years of expertise in SAP Trade Planning, Forecasting, and Master Data Management. The selected candidate will lead the Phase 1 implementation of SAP RGM s forecasting features to support the 2025 trade forecast. This role involves manual data uploads, leveraging forecasting functionalities, and training internal teams to optimize forecasting accuracy and trade planning efficiency. Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is required.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP RGM Forecasting Implementation
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP RGM forecasting features for the 2025 trade plan.
Configure SAP RGM for trade planning, forecast adjustments, and risk assessment.
Ensure seamless integration of forecasting methodologies within SAP RGM (Trade Plan Management).
Work within an SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
Master Data Upload & Management
Identify key master data required for trade forecasting, including products, sales, customers, and financial data.
Define manual upload templates and processes before full system integration.
Implement validation mechanisms to ensure accuracy and completeness of manually uploaded data.
Forecasting Process Optimization
Utilize SAP RGM s forecasting models to improve prediction accuracy.
Establish forecasting workflows that enable adjustments based on real-time business insights.
Provide guidance on risk management strategies within the forecasting framework.
Training & User Enablement
Develop and conduct training sessions for internal users on SAP RGM forecasting features.
Educate teams on forecast data management, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
Prepare comprehensive documentation for future reference and operational consistency.
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Retail & Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Planning, and Forecasting.
Strong expertise in SAP RGM forecasting features, trade plan management, and data analytics.
Experience with manual master data uploads, validation mechanisms, and system configuration.
Ability to leverage SAP RGM forecasting models, adjust projections, and manage risk-based forecasting.
Expertise in training and enabling business users on SAP forecasting methodologies.
Strong understanding of SAP integration, data governance, and validation best practices.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments and ability to optimize RGM functionalities within this framework.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods industries is a plus.
