Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Solution Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions for our insurance client s Claims Assist platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, especially in Java/Spring Boot, and a strong background in architecting solutions using Generative AI technologies.

This role requires a combination of hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.

Required Experience:

• 15 years of total software engineering experience
• 8 9 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, specifically with Generative AI solutions
• Strong coding experience in Java with Spring Boot framework
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and solid software engineering principles

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end Gen AI-based architecture for claims processing solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Lead development lifecycle from initial implementation through production release
• Identify and resolve architectural and implementation issues
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of solutions

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Java / Spring Boot (Hibernate, Spring Cloud, Annotations, Dependency Injection)
• RESTful API design and integration
• Collections Framework, Asynchronous Communication Frameworks
• Design Patterns and Data Structures
• Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
• DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Lint tools
• Agile methodology with focus on compliance and release cycles
• Debugging, error handling, and writing clean, maintainable code with proper testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts
