Duties
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts.
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients, presenting our products and services effectively.
- Utilize account management software to track interactions and manage customer data efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in outside sales, B2B, inside sales, or direct sales is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using account management software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new strategies in sales management.
