OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position of Family Advocate .
The Family Advocate is a vital part of the school family and interacts with all center staff and children daily, so they must be friendly, flexible and a team player. Family
Advocates are to bring support in a case management style and act as a liaison between families, staff, the community, and other family-related services.

Salary : $14.56 - $17.26
Requirements : Minimum of HS Diploma / GED; and willingness to attain a credential (provided by the program) within 18 months of hire or certification in Social Services or related field.
Minimum of 21 years of age and reliable transportation.
Preferred : Degree in Social Work or a related field. Copy of transcript required with application. Case management experience.
