Requirements :
OACAC Weatherization Program has an office assistant position, job duties will include accept and relay incoming telephone calls, take and record accurate telephone messages, assist applicants and the public that walk into the office, provide accurate program information to callers calling the weatherization office, perform data entry duties, filing duties, processing weatherization application files, assist in account reconciliation, communicate effectively both written and orally, ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, ability to calculate income using basic math skills.
Salary starts at $15.00 / hour and vacation pay, sick pay and paid holidays, $688.24 of employer paid medical insurance per month and $29.07 of employer paid dental insurance per month. EOE, Section 3 applicants are encouraged to apply
