Job Responsibilities & Expectations (including but not limited to):
- Flexible schedule
- Help create a great culture for guests and staff
- Oversee day-to-day operations both FOH and BOH
- Must be confident on Grill, Fryer, Expo
- Assist GM with labor/invoicing/and cost reporting
- Assist Marketing and Event director with preparing for private events
- Increase communication and teamwork across FOH and BOH employees
- Assist in monitoring & controlling labor costs through effective cuts and floor assignments
- Assisting with scheduling and creating manager plans for weekend events
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new staff
- Be a role model for staff in delivering exceptional guest experience.
Salary : $60,000
