Summary:
Oak Canna, LLC is seeking an Cannabis Pre-Roll Technician. The Cannabis Pre-Roll Technician is responsible for multifunctional support operating the machinery to manufacture our botanical pre rolls. The Cannabis Pre-Roll Technician completes tasks assigned by the Pre-Roll Supervisor. Day-to-day tasks include grinding material, cleaning, labeling batches. Produce pre-rolls in accordance with the State and standards set by Oak Canna, LLC.
Cannabis Pre-Roll Technician will assist in packaging of cannabis products with our production staff, while safely and efficiently using equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony.
- Strong work ethic with repetitive tasks.
- Easy going and a team player with a small group.
- Able to stand for entire shift depending on task.
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail – ability to monitor production in process, package and label in a precise manner.
- Ability to accurately follow measurements.
- Ability to be trained on various activities, machines, and systems.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sanitation
- Follow all GMP, HACCP and Q/A processes in the facility.
- Maintain relevant training as new products are introduced.
- This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy.
- Fulfilling daily and weekly objectives that have been instructed and trained by leadership, such as, packaging pre-pack and shelf flower product, creating and packaging joints, confirming the accuracy of the packaging, and assisting with order fulfillment for product exporting.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts.
- Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives.
