Job Summary:
Oak City Academy is seeking a strategic and highly relational Enrollment Manager to oversee the admissions and enrollment process. This role involves developing and implementing the annual enrollment strategy, managing admissions communications, coordinating events, and tracking enrollment data. The Enrollment Manager works closely with the Advancement Team, Marketing Manager, and administrative leaders to ensure a seamless experience for prospective and current families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual enrollment strategy and timeline.
- Manage prospective family inquiries and guide them through the admissions process.
- Organize and oversee tours, assessments, admissions events, and parent interviews.
- Maintain and update admissions software (Ravenna, TADS) and student records.
- Lead the Admissions Board and manage application review processes.
- Track and analyze enrollment statistics, financial aid data, and retention trends.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop tour materials and outreach strategies.
- Coordinate new student assessments and work with deans on student placement.
- Assist in enrollment projections and revenue forecasting.
- Ensure smooth re-enrollment for current families and manage scholarship documentation.
Qualifications:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Highly relational with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Trello, Canva, and admissions software.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
- Comfortable with occasional lifting/moving of event materials.
Work Environment:
- Requires occasional evening/weekend availability for events.
- Involves a mix of office work, event coordination, and student/family interactions.
