What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Detail Technician position at Oak City Auto Detailing?
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented person to join our team. No experience is necessary, as you will be trained to work both with others and independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform exceptional work on clients' vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers and ensure punctuality.
- Maintain the organization of the company truck throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be between 16 (preferably under 20 years old.)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Availability on weekday afternoons and weekends (we work practically every weekend).
Work Environment:
- This is a mobile position where you will work with me, another technician, or independently.
- Initially, this will be a part-time position, primarily on weekends and weekday afternoons.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay is $20 per hour plus a share of tips.
