Job Description
The Clinical Manager at Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of safe and effective person-centered care in our skilled nursing neighborhoods. This position requires a skilled and compassionate leader who can coordinate and oversee the clinical care of residents, while also maintaining clinical practice and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Providing guidance and oversight to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Care Coordination: Coordinating and overseeing the clinical care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and they receive high-quality care.
- Quality Improvement: Analyzing and developing quality improvement measures for clinical indicators, such as falls, pressure ulcers, and medication errors.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse on a nursing unit (skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital).
- A current Registered Nurse license for the state where the position is located.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
