About the Role
As a GNA and CMT, you will play a critical role in supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Implementing resident personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines
- Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
- Working with the clinical team to ensure timely addressing of resident needs
- Administration of medication to residents
You will also have the opportunity to work with our onsite physicians group and participate in wellness visits and sick care for employees over 18 years old.
