We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across our dental offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to support practice growth

Manage digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, and content creation

Collaborate with office managers and teams to develop branded materials

Analyze trends and campaign performance to drive results and improve ROI

Oversee brand consistency across all channels

Manage marketing budgets effectively

Support recruiting efforts with event materials and promotional items

Stay current on marketing best practices and tools
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with DSO experience required

Proven success in digital marketing and content strategy

Strong analytics, communication, and project management skills

Proficient in modern marketing platforms and software

Detail-oriented, creative, and able to juggle multiple priorities
