What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events (On Call) Event Concierge position at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel?
The Events Banquet Bartender, Banquet Server & Event Concierge positions are both on call positions. These positions will support events at our Grandstand Events Center, Amphitheater & Equestrian Center. All three positions are responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of guest service in out event space.
All On Call Team Members are required to pick up at least two (2) events per month.
