Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
- Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
- Complete required reports and forms, such as CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
- Assist with customer relations and fill in as a Main Banker when necessary.
- Meet the requirements listed above.
