Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Specialist to join our team at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture and landscaping, as well as the ability to operate a variety of equipment such as tractors, mowers, and power saws.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by performing daily tasks such as cleaning and maintaining landscaping areas and other job sites as needed.
- Operate and maintain various equipment such as tractors, mowers, and power saws to perform grounds upkeep including but not limited to general landscaping.
- Provide excellent guest service and relations to ensure a favorable experience for our guests.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks to prevent loss time injuries and promote safety and security among Team Members and guests.
- Collaborate with skilled mechanics to perform mechanical work on machinery and building trade operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in horticulture and landscaping preferred.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
- Maintain a current driver's license.
