Racing and Gaming Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions, including cashing customers out and giving correct change.
• Answer customer questions and provide assistance with gaming-related activities.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
• Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
• Complete required reports and forms, such as CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
• Assist with customer relations and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Fill in as a Main Banker when necessary and assist with tracking and issuing player cards.
• Redeem points from accounts for patrons and assist with weekly and large-scale gaming tournaments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months cashiering or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license and a Race and Sportsbook Employee License.
