Oak Grove School in Brattleboro Vermont has a full-time classroom paraeducator opening for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. Candidates for this position must be willing to work with all students and provide social, emotional, academic, and some behavioral support. Candidates will also need to be willing to spend time outdoors in all weather conditions and be a part of a team to support students and colleagues. Flexibility, strong problem solving skills, basic technology skills, and a willingness to collaborate are all ideal for a candidate in this position. Qualified applicants for this position will have two years of college level education, preferably in the area of early childhood or elementary education or be able to pass the ParaPro assessment.
Wage grade 3, Pay range: $17.81-$24.71 based on experience, 191 days per year, 6.5 hours per day.
