What are the responsibilities and job description for the UXS Exercise Support Manager (UESM) position at Oak Grove Technologies LLC?
The Oak Grove Technologies UXS Exercise Support conduit between OGT and all prevailing authorities in any exercise or training venue. The UESM coordinates all OGT UXS missions with operations, air operations, and planning personnel and is the designated corporate representative for the UXS contract/agreement. The UESM works with the exercise control cell and facilitated after action review team to coordinate the delivery and execution of uncrewed systems support to exercises in the form of After Action Review, Red Air, Blue Air, and Training Augmentation as directed by the government customer or prime vendor.
The OGT UESM’s primary role will be to serve as the UXS point of contact for the U.S. Army National Guard’s Exportable Combat Training Center (XCTC) program, supporting facilitated after action reviews and other training opportunities as required by the prime vendor and U.S. Government customer.
The OGT UESM will also serve as the OGT Airspace and Spectrum Manager, and will be responsible for developing, maintaining and employing a tracking mechanisms for all airspace and spectrum requests for OGT facilities, as well as submitting all required documentation and participating in all planning conferences to ensure successful execution of Uncrewed Systems support delivery at training events and venues.
When not supporting XCTC, the UESM will support the OGT UXS division as an instructor and subject matter expert in the delivery of any/all OGT organic training.
