Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights into business performance and market trends.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data and updating financial models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Help with the reconciliation of accounts and maintenance of financial records.
- Participate in internal audits and help identify areas for process improvement.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software/tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in finance is a plus but not required.
