Registered Dietician Position Summary
This role is responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of residents, maintaining all records and Plan of Care, assuring quality nutritional services are provided on an on-going basis and that the Culinary Services departments are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Registered Dietician Job Qualifications and Requirements
Must be a Registered Dietician or Registry-Eligible and licensed in the State of Florida
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Food or Nutrition or related program
Must be experienced in food service operations in a leadership role, preferably in health care.
Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment.
Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Demonstrate an understanding of resident needs, ensuring that each resident feels informed and understood, as well as heard.
Passionate about providing superior quality care and you are an inventive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Must be approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
Must possess strong professional communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with the senior population.
All applicants must complete and successfully pass a Level I and Level II Background Check and Drug Screening.
Salary : $42,100 - $53,300
