Our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers many benefits to both providers and their patients :
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in 1) Family Practice or 2) Internal Medicine Pediatric. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR / BLS certification required at time of start date.

Pay Range : $220,000 - $250,000 / yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and / or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
