We are looking for an experienced UX / UI Designer to be an integral part of our product development team, responsible for creating and maintaining an internal and client facing tool that includes a dashboard and data visualization UI. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and clients to create user-friendly, efficient, and visually compelling interfaces. This position requires a strong understanding of data visualization, enterprise UI design principles, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for the admin tool, focusing on dashboards, data visualization, and enterprise UI needs
- Work with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and workflows, and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align on project goals, user needs, and business objectives
- Design intuitive and effective information architectures, ensuring users can navigate and interpret complex data with ease
- Create visually compelling and consistent UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices for accessibility and usability
- Develop and maintain design specifications, style guides, and components for the design system to support the development team
- Work effectively in a dynamic startup environment, managing priorities and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality designs on time
