About the Role

As a Senior UI Designer at Auger, you will own the visual design language and UI for our customer-facing applications. You’ll transform abstract requirements and technical complexity into visually appealing, high-fidelity UI, setting the standard for usability and aesthetics.

You should have a strong understanding of visual systems and best practices, including layout, color palette, typography, iconography, and illustration. Your work will directly shape how customers interact with our platform, ensuring that Auger’s solutions are not only powerful but also intuitive and user-friendly.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers, driving the visual language for user experience across our SaaS platform. You’ll be at the center of creating products that empower our users to navigate complex supply chain challenges effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• User Interface Design : Create visually stunning and highly functional designs for Auger’s customer-facing applications, ensuring consistency and usability across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to align design solutions with technical constraints and business goals.
• User-Centered Thinking : Advocate for user needs, conducting research and testing to validate design decisions and refine workflows.
• Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain Auger’s design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across the platform.
