The Opportunity at Komodo Health

Komodo Health is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Salesforce Software and Services to join our growing Mavens team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, Life Sciences.

This person will be skilled at understanding the value of software and implementation services and crafting messaging to create differentiation within the life sciences and Salesforce ecosystems.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…

  • Work with Mavens SME, specifically Solution Leads, to create content and disseminate content for the explicit purpose of generating new demand (MQLs). Prospects are net new logos and expansions within existing customers.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team to craft the messaging and value definition and promote the messaging / execute campaigns through various marketing and communication channels.
  • Become an expert on our products and services to help our internal teams meet their business objectives by developing the annual strategic marketing plan for the product assortment of Mavens.
  • Serve as the Marketing SME and clearly communicate timelines and dependencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a critical thought leader, bringing new ideas to the team while remaining customer-focused.
  • Partner with field teams, specifically Client Partners, to help generate customer insights and use case studies that demonstrate the value Mavens software and the value of partnering with our teams to implement the software.
  • Implement, manage, and measure marketing strategy success through pipeline and revenue attribution.
  • Partner effectively with the performance marketing team to facilitate demand generation efforts for the Mavens offering by successfully driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

What you bring to Komodo Health :

  • Marketing and product management experience of 5 years, working in successful B2B companies in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in supporting, marketing, or selling to enterprise IT, ideally within Life Sciences and knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Affairs studies preferred.
  • Experience in implementing a marketing plan, driving through execution with proven, measurable success.
  • Understanding of multiple marketing channels, including content creation, search engine optimization, digital marketing strategy, events, and PR to drive outcomes.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and acting as a hands-on key person for the segment.
  • Oversee the development of thought leadership, web copy, sales aids, presentations, webinars, speaking engagements, etc.
  • A marketing orchestrator with experience leading a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders with excellent communication skills.

    Komodo Health has a hybrid work model ; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
