Job Description: The Communications Coordinator supports the Director of Membership and Communications with the overall communication efforts of Oak Hill Country Club including but not limited to digital, video, social media, internal promotional materials, event flyer/menus, monthly newsletter (The Quercus), Club website, etc. They demonstrate appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills. They are a creative driver for innovation and are passionate about club management with the prospect for continuous advancement within the organization. The individual has a genuine care for people and fosters a team culture.

Job Requirements (Digital Media):
- Oversees the Acorn Studio located in the Champions Room of the Clubhouse.
- Oversees all digital media
- Films at specific Club Events and creates event videos per the Director of Membership & Communications.
- Key driver of event photography and video.
- Films at specific club functions (Annual Meeting, General Sessions, ) and creates videos per the Director of Membership & Communications.
- Films and produces monthly "Quick Quercus" videos, employee update videos, departmental videos, etc. for the
- Stays relevant on new digital media technology and provides recommendations to the Director of Membership & Communications on how the department can continue to grow and
- Work with the Director of Membership & Communications to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Club's digital media program including videos and
Job Requirements (Social Media):
- Works with the Director of Membership & Communications to establish Standard Operating Procedures for the Club's social media
- Assists the Director of Membership & Communications with all activity on the Club's social media outlets, both member and employee. Monitors the Club's social media presence from outside sources and provides monthly
Job Requirements (Print Material):
- Assist the Director of Membership & Communications with the writing and design of various print materials including but not limited to The Quercus, event flyers, and menus.
Job Requirements (IT Support):
- Assists in maintaining and continually improving Oak Hill's website and mobile app.
- With approval from the Director of Membership & Communications, assists the Director of Technology with various IT projects throughout the year (including but not limited to virtual meetings, recorded/filmed meetings, conference calls).
- Assists in resolving Jonas Encore issues.
Job Requirements (Other Communications):
- Assist in producing a weekly e-newsletter and other emails sent to the membership on a periodic basis.
- Proofreads all communications before they are sent to the mass membership.
Physical Requirements:

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications and/or Marketing
- Minimum two years of digital media
- Ability to complete Fulltime Filmmaker courses as
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to edit video in Premiere Pro or other video software.
Licenses & Certificates:
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates, or
