WOMEN'S LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT

Job Summary (Essential Functions): The Women's Locker Room Attendant plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional world-class service while enhancing the overall member and guest experience. Member/guest service and hospitality are the primary focus every day. Oak Hill's goal is to create an experience that exceeds our members' and guests' expectations while paying attention to the small details. Responsible for member needs in the Women's Locker Room area and Women's Lounge (including member footwear, amenities, wet area, food and beverage area, locker rentals, cancellations, etc.). Maintains order and cleanliness and ensures that member and guest satisfaction standards are consistently exceeded.

- Must be able to work flexible shifts that include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, split shifts, and extended shifts if needed. Expected to work 24-32 hours per week in the golf season and additional hours during event weeks and holidays.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Attend all required staff meetings.
- All other duties and tasks as needed or requested by the Head Golf Professional.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Member Relations: Receives and greets members and guests. Building and maintaining positive relationships with club members, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Food and Beverage: Provide food and beverage service through Women's Locker Room, Women's Lounge, and Men's Lounge on occasion. Prepares and presents bills to members and guests. Monitors and replenishes stock as needed.
- Concierge Services: Providing personal assistance to members, such as arranging reservations, scheduling appointments, and coordinating special requests. This includes shoe cleaning/polishing and soft spike maintenance, as requested. Responsible for creating and maintaining a list of applicable services.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and replenishing supplies, such as towels, toiletries, amenities, and safety supplies, to always ensure adequate stock levels. Interacts with appropriate departments to order linens and supplies as needed.
- Member/Guest and Event Experience: Assign daily guest lockers with personalization, offer tours/directions of the clubhouse as needed, and be knowledgeable of the club's history. Issues lockers, keys, towels, etc., to members and guests as needed. Enforces established rules, regulations, and policies. Conducts daily inspections of locker area to ensure proper appearance. Assign lockers for guests during Club tournaments and outings. Clean shoes and replace spikes as requested.
Experience
- Hospitality experience preferred.
Education
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Licenses and Special Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Able to meet and perform the physical requirements of the job and to work effectively in an environment that is typical of this position.
- Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures is possible in the Locker Room, on the patio, and in the facilities surrounding the clubhouse.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, pulling, and walking up and down stairs.
- Frequent repetitive motions.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs throughout the entire shift.
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds in weight.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work.
General Information:
Scheduled Shifts: Seasonal position. Days and hours are based on club operations. Hours range from 16-40 hours per week.
