- Work 12 hours every Saturday and Sunday
- Work 1 eight hour shift
- 8 hours bonus bay if no call ins for the week
May take 1 weekend off per quarter
- If vacation time taken , do not lose bonus pay
- If no vacation taken, lose bonus pay
SHIFTS ARE:
6:30 AM - 7 PM
6:30 AM - 7 AM

Oak Hill is seeking an LPN and/ or RN to work every weekend 12 hour shifts, and one 8 hour shift during the week. Bonus of 8 hours pay if no call ins for the week.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
