What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Manager position at Oak Lake Campground & RV Sales, Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and orders
- Source and locate parts from various suppliers to fulfill customer requests
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and manage parts inventory
- Coordinate logistics for shipping and receiving of parts
- Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and recommend appropriate parts for repairs
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to meet customer requirements
- Price parts accurately based on cost and market value
-Organizational skills are a must. Summers would require Saturdays, schedule can be flexible the balance of the year.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Parts Manager or in a related field helpful
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their needs
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and recommend appropriate parts for repairs
