What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Work closely with the design/sales team and company leadership to plan and coordinate projects.
- Develop schedules, determine labor requirements, and manage carpenters and subcontractors.
- Act as the primary client contact, leading pre-construction meetings, weekly progress updates, and project closeouts.
- Establish baseline budgets, monitor costs, and approve invoices.
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Maintain job site safety and compliance with state, local, and national building codes.
- Document key project details, track change orders, and ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction Management Experience: Prior experience managing residential and commercial construction projects.
- Project Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate trades, manage schedules, and oversee budgets.
- Communication & Client Management: Comfortable leading meetings, resolving issues, and providing updates.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to adapt and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction best practices, safety regulations, and material selection.
- Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation to job sites.
