Oak Leaf Management is looking for Assistant Maintenance Technician - Residential in Lake Jackson for our Apartment Community. We are seeking a strong professional and are excited to welcome you to the team!
Requirements:
- Must be friendly with a can do attitude and great customer service
- Prefer maintenance experience in the Apartment industry
- Have knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, changing locks, appliance diagnosis and repairs
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed on a daily basis
- Keeping up with breeze ways and property looking clean
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Have the ability to lift 35-45 pounds
