The Assistant Manager we are looking for should possess the following qualities:

Responsibilities consist of but not limited to:
- Answer and make phone calls to prospects and tenants
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract motivated prospects
- Assist in scheduling and showing of all properties
- Assist with on-site marketing efforts
- Assist with Rent collections and payments
- Assist in putting together Leases for new tenant’s and renewals
- Help in coordinate move ins & move outs
- Assist Property Manager with day to day duties
- Assist with all resident events and activities
