- Experience in Human Resources and Recruiting
- Administrative office experience
- Project Management, Real Estate, and/or business operations experience, Milestone scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bachelors Degree preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an executive administrative assistant to the CEO, handling daily office duties such as correspondence, scheduling, project management, and human resources
- Provide project planning support, including defining project scope, establishing timelines, and managing resources.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Track project expenses, monitor progress, and take corrective action to ensure objectives are met.
- Maintain communication with team members, clients, and residents to provide updates and address concerns.
- Oversee the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment process to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
