We are currently searching for a Director of Health Care Services to assist with the growth of this beautiful facility. Qualified candidates should have experience in long term care (LTC), including Director or Assistant Director leadership experience. Requirements
The qualified candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred
- Current WI Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care
- Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid
Responsibilities:
- Defines and maintains the standards of nursing practice within the facility
- Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
- Management and oversight of all nursing staff
- Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility
- Verifying that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties
- Ensuring that operation of the Nursing Department remains consistently within budget
- Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid
