Requirements
Required education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Current Wisconsin NHA License
- 5 years experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities
- 5 years of supervisory experience in Skilled Nursing Facility
Responsibilities of the Director:
- Demonstrate a passion for working with seniors
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Maintain attention to detail in care and services
- Maintain positive communication with residents, family members and staff
- Manage staff meetings, training and new hire orientations
- Implement and follow all Oak Park Place policies
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Manage conflicts and resolve complex problems
- Drive continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and performance metrics
- Work well independently and in a team environment
