What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Oak Park Place?
We are looking for a part time Receptionist for our beautiful Oak Park Place Burlington location. The hours are 3:30pm-8pm 1-2 days a week and 7:30am-4pm every other weekend. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing organization in offering exceptional care to seniors in a warm and caring environment. As a smaller company, we cater to our resident’s needs, and take pride in providing an employee friendly work environment.
What you’ll be doing:
· Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
· Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
· Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
· Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
· Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
· Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
· A pleasant and friendly attitude
