At Oak Park Residence Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. As a detail-oriented professional with experience in HUD 202 property management, you will be responsible for managing occupancy levels, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, and overseeing building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage application intake, waiting lists, and lease execution to maintain high occupancy levels.
- Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, and adherence to procedures.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and prepare operational and financial reports.
- Request HUD funds for HAP and Service Coordinator compensation.
- Prepare tenant re-certifications, HAP reports, and monthly/annual board reports.
Building Maintenance:
- Oversee routine and emergency maintenance for The Oaks and Farrelly-Muriello Apartments.
- Coordinate annual HUD inspections and ensure compliance with results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with seniors and persons with disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with HUD Section 8 Affordable Housing Programs and certifications within 120 days of hire.
Additional Requirements:
- Available for emergency calls and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
