We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housing Choice Voucher Program Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HCVP, including conducting eligibility determinations, facilitating housing assistance payments, and investigating program abuse or fraud allegations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage tenant certification processes, including initial, interim, and annual reviews
- Review waiting lists and determine applicant eligibility
- Process portability cases and track payments
- Provide guidance on apartment searches and conduct client briefings
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in subsidized housing programs
- Knowledge of Yardi Systems and public housing certifications is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
