Description: Provide administrative and clerical support for the Management Team.
This position will support various main office functions including: data entry, preparing correspondence, answering phones, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, and various other assignments/projects as needed. 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping process and financial management and its related software 
  • Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), Google Suite
  • Accounting/budget experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to implement standard office and able to operate office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous successful experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members, via email, and or answering phones, or making outbound calls.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 

EXPERIENCE/Skills required:
  • Quickbooks experience, Microsoft office, HR experience

Salary Range:
  • Hourly: $20-$30

Schedule and hours:
  • Scheduling to be determined based on business needs
  • Expect 1 day per week Monday through Friday with future opportunities for full time conversion
  • Support as needed at to get business caught up during peak periods
