Description: Provide administrative and clerical support for the Management Team.
This position will support various main office functions including: data entry, preparing correspondence, answering phones, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, and various other assignments/projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of bookkeeping process and financial management and its related software
- Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), Google Suite
- Accounting/budget experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to implement standard office and able to operate office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous successful experience in an office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members, via email, and or answering phones, or making outbound calls. Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Quickbooks experience, Microsoft office, HR experience
Salary Range:
- Hourly: $20-$30
Schedule and hours:
- Scheduling to be determined based on business needs
- Expect 1 day per week Monday through Friday with future opportunities for full time conversion
- Support as needed at to get business caught up during peak periods
