About us
We are seeking an individual who is a responsible, self-motivated and dependable team player to work at our growing office in Oak Ridge . Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Must be well-organized with great attention to detail and have a personable, friendly and energetic personality. Must have dental office experience.
Required skills:
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients, verifying and updating patient information, answering calls, scheduling patients, confirming appointments, recall, collecting/posting payments from patients
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Well-organized and reliable
- Knowledge of Dentrix software preferred
- Maintaining a clean, professional appearance
- Excellent written and verbal skills
