We are working with a full-service, multi-office law firm seeking a Corporate Associate with a minimum of four years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents to join their Stamford, CT office.
Experience with M&A, Venture Capital or other complex transactions is required. Experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is desired. The candidate must be admitted in the state of their primary office location. Graduation from law school and practice experience is required.
