We are working with a full-service firm with locations in New England, seeking a candidate with a minimum of seven years of experience as a Tax Attorney to join their Bridgeport, CT; Hartford, CT; or Westport, CT office. The position will be filled at the Senior Associate level, but for the right candidate, the firm may consider a Counsel or Partner level position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience as a tax attorney, including experience in federal and state planning disputes, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, partnership and limited liability issues, private securities offerings, and estate planning. CT Bar admission required.
