What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trusts & Estates Associate position at Oak Ridge Legal Search LLC?
We are working with a highly-regarded Am Law ranked firm seeking an associate with at least 4 years of trusts & estates experience to join their nationally recognized practice in Parsippany, NJ.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in high net worth trust and estate planning and administration, including knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws. Experience with succession planning, lifetime giving, estate and income taxation issues, charitable giving; estate planning for retirement assets; and tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies is a plus. Candidates must have excellent technical, professional and client service skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills, be team-oriented, and have a NJ bar admission. Graduation from law school and practice experience is required.
