What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Infant Teacher position at Oak Ridge Weekday School?
Seeking nurturing individual with great interpersonal skills to care for a group of older infants from 3:00p-6:00p daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Shall include but are not limited to the following)
- Nurturing, loving individual
- Make daily plans in keeping the Christian philosophy of the Weekday School program and the age appropriate needs of the children assigned.
- Maintaining the star rated license standards
- Follow all NC child care rules and regulations
- Be responsible for the welfare, health and safety of the children in their care.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
- Demonstrates professional, courtesy, and cooperative behavior towards others
- Demonstrates initiative and flexibility
- Attend staff meetings and all special events
- Achieve and maintains professional growth and development
- Daily routine care for infants
- Posting all routine care in Procare App
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
