Our brand new facility includes a Regenerative Medicine center, Digital Endoscopy, 2 Surgery Suites, 2 Dentistry Suites, and much more. These therapies complement our modern diagnostic equipment including digital radiography, dental digital radiography, ultrasonography, Companion laser therapy, telemedicine portals, oxygen therapy chambers, and Engler ventilators.
We offer medical treatment, soft tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures including TPLO ACL repair, chemotherapy treatment, and dental care to cats, dogs, and small mammals. We even help reptiles. We perform wellness care as well as advanced care to our patients. We enjoy both a routine and an advanced surgical caseload and are eager to stay current with the newest medical and physical therapy modalities. Our medical records are computerized and are integrated with our Idexx complete in-house laboratory.
Oak Tree Vet is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician or RVT Student for a full-time position in the best place to work! Experienced assistance are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities under a Doctor's supervision include: completing a patient history, TPR, preparing medications and immunizations, venipuncture, intravenous catheter placement, surgery preparation and assisting, patient treatments, and performing laboratory test call-backs. We offer a very good hourly pay rate. We also offer vacation days, a signing bonus, a continuing education allowance, medical insurance, pet health discounts, 401(k), and professional uniforms.
We are located in a terrific suburban area and are only a short drive to downtown Cleveland. We are close to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, Case Western Reserve University, Baldwin Wallace University, and Cleveland State University.

An RVT or student enrolled in an RVT program with completion within the next 3 months will receive the higher end of the listed salary.
