Overview
The Concessions Stand Lead assists in the managing of an assigned Stand within the ballpark. Concessions Stand Lead will report to the Concessions Supervisors and ultimately to the Concessions Manager. Ensures quality of food presentation and proper procedures are being followed within their stand at all times. Assists with setting up and getting stand game time ready. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transactions and will be required to carry out cash handling duties where needed. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18 to $20, plus tips.

Responsibilities
- Assists in ensuring stand is stocked, staffed, and prepared for each gameday.
- Ability to assist in building orders, preparing food, packaging food, and knowledge in all areas of concessions operations.
- Responsible for maintaining service standards and communicating any issues within your stand.
- Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace including but not limited to disposal of garbage & assisting with keeping area clean.
- Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly. Must check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
- Maintains and makes sure staff maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
- Three or more months’ experience in food service industry managing others.
- Previous experience in working with point of sales systems or computers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
