Overview
As a Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for building and managing events at all venues on the campus with a primary focus on family shows in the arena, all Piedmont Hall shows, all SEC events and youth sporting events. This position also assists with building concerts, professional and collegiate events as needed. Through communication this position verifies all event build information, builds the event in Archtics, verifies correct set-up with promoters and manages communication with the promoter through the event life cycle to maximize event revenue. Works with other departments to communicate pertinent event information. This position is also responsible for the management and execution of all premium suite and club seat ticketing through monthly ticket packages and various other one off rentals.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $30.00.

Responsibilities
- Builds and manages ticketing for general admission events such as trade shows, high school sporting events, GAC events and other events as assigned using a combination of Ticketmaster Host and Archtics.
- Communicates with clients to make sure events are set-up properly and approved for on-sale.
- Makes changes as necessary during the life cycle of events.
- Works with other coliseum departments to gather and distribute necessary information related to ticketed events.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 to 4 years of managing event ticketing experience.
- Experience working with ticketing system Archtics preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Previous experience in a customer service-based industry is preferred.
- Previous experience within a sports, entertainment, or related field is preferred.
