Position Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Oracle EPM environment. This role will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all aspects of our Oracle EPM instance. The Financial Systems Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our financial systems are aligned with business goals and industry’s best practices.
Summary:
- Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to assess business needs, ensuring alignment with Oracle EPM capabilities.
- Provide strategic guidance on system readiness, process improvements, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor project teams, influencing key design and implementation decisions for Oracle EPM solutions.
This role pays an annual salary of $140,000 to $160,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle EPM solutions, with a strong focus on Financial Close & Consolidation (FCCS), Web Reporting, SmartView, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- Oversee daily administration, configuration, and support of Oracle EPM.
- Perform system updates, upgrades, and patches for seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design effective EPM solutions.
- Develop high-quality business requirements, functional design documents, and best-practice recommendations.
- Provide SME support to technology teams on custom development needs outside Oracle's standard capabilities.
- Drive testing activities, including test preparation, execution support, and defect resolution.
- Support business readiness efforts, including training material development, process documentation, and end-user adoption strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- 7 years of relevant work experience with global corporations and financial services experience managing Oracle EPM Solutions.
- Recent experience and knowledge of NetSuite ERP will be an advantage.
- Understanding of accounting concepts both US GAAP and IFRS, general ledger processes, Chart of Accounts, and close, consolidation processes.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including the financial close, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, customization, and workflow design.
- Proficient in reporting and data visualization, with experience using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Certifications
Certification in a relevant financial system (e.g., Oracle EPM Administrator)
Professional certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
