Overview

Hiring a bar lead that can set up bars, count inventory, and make batched cocktails for the week. 

This role pays an hourly rate of $11 to $13, plus tips.

This position will remain open until May 2, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Game Preparation:
• Stock all bars (main bar and two smaller bars) with beverages, mixers, ice, and supplies before gates open.
• Prepare pre-batched signature cocktails according to recipes.
• Game Day Oversight:
• Ensure all bars are fully operational and stocked during the game.
• Provide support to bartenders by addressing inventory or equipment needs.
• Post-Game Duties:
• Supervise the cleaning and proper shutdown of all bars.
• Perform inventory checks and communicate supply needs to the concessions manager.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, including proper storage and handling of alcoholic beverages.
• Provide leadership and guidance to bartenders to ensure efficient service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work most game days, including Thursdays through Saturdays, with availability starting early afternoon through the end of the game.
• Minimum 1-2 years of bartending or bar management experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with batching cocktails and managing inventory preferred.
